Acupuncture //

Use of acupuncture to treat pain and injuries  began centuries ago. It was and still is one of the primary means of quick healing for the East martial arts.

Specific acupuncture styles and techniques were developed to stop pain and dramatically increase recovery time.

Acupuncture is an effective treatment for most of injuries because it reduces pain, increases range of motion, increases recovery and healing time, and strengthens weakened parts of the body.

Licenced acupuncturist inserts hair thin, sterile and single-use needles in specific acupuncture points. Other techniques, as Gua Cha and Cupping may be used to promote healing.
